DMX800
Networked Storage System.
The EMC Symmetrix DMX800 is a modular storage system (actually more like a CX Clariion, than a Symmetrix) that can be configured with up to 120 2GB per second high performance fibre channel disk drives providing a maximum raw capacity of over 35TB. The 8 slot direct matrix backplane accomodates configurations of two global memory directors, two or four channel I/O Directors and two disk I/O Directors.
The DMX800 is packaged in a 40U cabinet, and is a single phase 240V System.
Configure / Test / Delivery / Install Time: We inventory the DMX800 systems. Figure 4-5 days to setup, configure & test. System uses a service processor without a KVM. Figure an extra day to install KVM drawer. Preparing system for delivery 1 day. For delivery via United, North America or Atlas Van lines, 4-7 Days. On-Site Installation of the DMX800 to your host/s: 1-2 Days.
